1. What kind of equipment do you use and how reliable is it?

Our vehicles are of the highest specification and we operate a 2 and 3 year replacement policy thus ensuring maximum reliability and performance.

Our fleet includes the following:

  • 3.5t panel vans and curtainsiders
  • 7.5t, 12t, 17t rigid boxes and curtainsiders
  • 38t Artic boxes, curtainsiders, step frames and sliding roof trailers
  • Some of our fleet are also equipped with air ride suspension and tailifts

We will gladly look at acquiring new and specialist vehicles to satisfy customer demand.

2. How qualified are your drivers?

We demand very high standards from our drivers who are all hand picked. They are trained to be polite, punctual and reliable. Between them, they have a wealth of knowledge of driving throughout most European destinations.

3. What kind of communications system do you use to track deliveries?

Euro digital mobile phonesAll of our drivers are equipped with Euro digital mobile phones, which are used to provide instant up-to-date tracking information. At our head office in Littlehampton, we operate a genuine 24 hour call centre and will respond immediately to any enquiry. We also have real time Satellite Tracking in all our vehicles enabling us to monitor our vehicle and drivers anywhere in Europe.

4. Will I receive confirmation of delivery?

We can supply Proof of Deliveries by telephone, email or fax, daily or weekly as requested. Originally signed delivery paperwork can accompany invoices if required.

5. What are your terms and conditions?

All goods are carried under RHA and CMR terms. A copy of each is available on request.
